Elsa is a queen with ice powers who isolates herself from her kingdom. Her fearless and optimistic sister Anna goes on a journey to find Elsa and learn why she shut herself away. Along the way, Anna meets Olaf, a talking snowman brought to life by Elsa's magic, and Kristoff, an ice seller who helps guide her. The story follows Anna and Elsa's relationship as sisters and how Anna tries to help Elsa accept her magical abilities.
