Editor's Notes

  • #3 BlaBlaCar is an example of the optimisation that can occur when barriers to cooperation are removed and trust allows high stake sharing to thrive. BlaBlaCar is the world leading long-distance ridesharing community. We connect people seeking to travel with drivers going the same way. They travel together and SPLIT the cost, over city-to-city journeys of an average 330KM.
  • #4 Source: 2015 survey with Le Bipe of over 18K members in 11 countries + Europe
  • #6 This result gives a sense of the magnitude of the social transformation currently under way. 88% of respondents give a high level of trust to a BlaBlaCar member with a full profile. That is high above the percentage of people who highly trust colleagues they meet everyday, and close to that who highly trust friends. When provided with the right set of tools, users of online platforms are able to recreate a sense of trust robust enough to supersede the need to meet in person before engaging in high-stakes exchanges AND THIS IS TRUE ACROSS THE 11 COUNTRIES SURVEYED (France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, UK).
  • #12 One person may have more than one role in the squad. To begin with, some skills will be mutualized between several squads
  • #14 OKR: https://weekdone.com/resources/objectives-key-results SMART objectives :squad mission & vision Specific – target a specific area for improvement. Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress. Assignable – specify who will do it. Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources. Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved. Key result : quantifiable, achievable Prioritization : importance/urgence, delegation matrix
  • #16 Sizing : S(3d), M (10 D), L (30d), XL ( too big to be splited on many projects) Ressources: Use the history to
  • #19 Grooming : split the project on epics then tasks Planning: Commit on what to deliver next cadence ETA : Share a Estimation time of arrival (delivery) and update if if needed
