implementation within the facility.

Supervised all payroll, benefits, safety and environmental activities with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensured

SENIOR LOSS CONTROL SPECIALIST
Directed all safety, industrial hygiene, environmental and security programs for 350 employees in a 24-hour per day
facility. Created and implemented program protocols for environmental and safety issues such as contingency planning,
fire safety, hazardous waste, machine safety, and more. Reduced accident rate from 36 recordable events to 10 in just
one year. Played an integral role in securing ISO 9002 certification and progressing toward ISO 1400. Supported human
resources activities including employee orientation, COBRA, 401k, and payroll processing.

SAFETY AND INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE ADMINISTRATOR
Led all safety and industrial hygiene programs for 700 employees in a 24-hour per day facility that operated six days per
week. Reduced total incident rate from 6.8 to 1.7 with no lost time incurred throughout employment. Developed and
implemented program protocols for fire safety, chemical monitoring, CERCLA, SARA title III, respiratory protection and
hazardous waste.
