Consultant Biography
AARON L. AITCH
Aaron is the owner & consultant of “Freedom Quest, LLC” which is a leadership
development company that teaches well-established principles and concepts that
lead individuals to success in all areas of life. Aaron also works in partnership
with a global leadership development company called “LIFE Leadership” which
also specializes in helping everyday Americans overcome the personal and/or
financial setbacks brought on by the overwhelming challenges we now face in
our new globalized world.
Between 1995 and 2000 – after graduating top of his class out of Naval Flight
School – Aaron served in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewmen and
flew approximately sixty (60) reconnaissance/attack missions during two
separate tours in the Persian Gulf region. Aaron was the radar & weapons
systems operator of the flight crews he was assigned to, and proudly served on
two distinct aircraft carriers: USS Independence & USS Kitty Hawk.
Aaron holds a Bachelor Degree in Management, an Associate Degree in Fire
Science, an Associate Degree in Paramedic Technology, and has strong
background knowledge in the areas of civilian and military “Team Building” and
“Leadership Theories & Concepts.” In addition, he is a fire service instructor
throughout the state of Missouri and is a Nationally Certified Paramedic.
Aaron is formally a Deputy Chief of the St. Clair Fire Protection District in Franklin
County, as well as the former Vice-Chairman of the Franklin County Homeland
Security Response Team. From May 2005 to August 2011, Aaron was appointed
by former State Governor Matt Blunt to serve on the State Fire Service Advisory
Board. The primary responsibility of this six (6) person board is to consult the
State Fire Marshal and his staff on solutions pertaining to operational and training
related issues that develop within the fire service agencies throughout Missouri.
Currently, Aaron is a Fire Captain & Paramedic with the Olivette Fire Department
in St. Louis County. In addition, he is a commissioned Reserve Deputy with the
Franklin County Sheriffs’ Office and serves as the S.W.A.T. Medic for the
county’s team…{most notable, the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association recognized
Aaron as the “Reserve Deputy of the Year” for the State of Missouri in 2009}.
Effective August of 2014, Aaron was officially appointed by the Franklin County
Commissioners to serve as the Field Operations Officer with the Franklin County
Emergency Management Agency (EMA). The primary responsibility of this role
entails responding to various emergency incidents throughout Franklin County
and assisting with on-scene management when needed.
