Phishing, Fraudulent, and Malicious Websites'? The author investigated a property investment company thoroughly by checking six converted house inspections, speaking to renters and current investors, and bringing their business partner. They were encouraged by the company's advertising in newspapers and brochures. Properties were significantly delayed being finished, putting student rentals at risk. Requests to inspect properties before completion were denied due to tenants, but keys could not be found. All services for the investment were packaged together under one company, raising alarm bells for the author.

Before I gone into that investment, as well as recommended them to the others, which contains several
restored properties converted into HMO's www.sepehrheidarian.com for pupils (Houses of Numerous
Occupation) I investigated the organization thoroughly. (Note the company and place of the houses isn't
mentioned in that report for legitimate reasons). I checked out at least 6 of the house conversions,
spoke to their rentals persons,

look at my findings. I was also encouraged by the truth that these individuals were paying (and still are
spending) a lot of money in the huge national newspapers (Sunday Instances, Telegraph, and so forth),
and had made an entire array of sleek brochures copying their claims.
Some of the bigger off-plan developments were also being included in a two-page spread in one of many
UK's major house magazines. Not only this, but they had (and still do have) huge exhibition stands at a
number of the primary UK House Shows.
Every thing did actually build up, therefore I ordered a number of them, and inspired my buddies, shut
household, and business colleagues to get some also. I compensated my reservation fees, and only
settled down to wait for these to be done, and to start generating some surplus income every month.
The very first event in the sequence of things was that the properties were very late in being finished,

2. These properties were all sold underneath the philosophy of 'All contacts for solutions under one ceiling
for the investor - Use our Services for Revenue, Encouraged Solicitors, In-house Brokers, mortgages,
Tenancy Management from our Own Company' - you know, a really good packaged package for the
armchair investor.'
