Organization and FunctioningIn 2005, FRANS Expert, the first company within the group, with complete Romanian private capital was founded. The activity of the company was divided into three main fields of activity: financial audit, accountancy and fiscal consultancy. During this period, our mission consisted in providing quality services to our customers in accordance with the international professional standards.

4. The development and diversification of the local market brought about the separation of the three main activities, at the beginning of 2009, by setting up two new companies and creating the group.
