WP3 will also develop a methodological tool to integrate these indicators into an adaptive decision support process by enhancing the DPSIR model with system dynamics and backcasting methodologies. This will allow testing and refinement of the indicator framework based on community case studies to create a robust tool to help decision makers understand policy impacts.
