To Whom it May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Guy Foster. I have known Guy for
approximately 4 years on a professional level and have since acquired a great friendship.

Guy Foster was introduced to our company as the prime contact of Diamond Products in
Elyria, OH, a fabricator of concrete saw cutters. His title as Manufacturing Engineer did
not do him justice as his responsibilities and commitment to the company drove him
into areas of quoting, engineering, purchasing, expediting, and quality. I personally have
had the pleasure of working with Guy in getting our company set-up as a key supplier
for Diamond Products. With that we worked together to develop a streamline between
our two operations including quoting projects, engineering and developing better part
designs to reduce manufacturing costs, and supplying a quality product JIT.

The greatest asset I believe Guy brings to the table is his knowledge and enthusiasm in
engineering and design. Diamond Products manufactures hundreds of products with
thousands of parts and components. In the initial stages of our partnership, prints were
forwarded to us with incorrect rev numbers, bad reference points and inconsistent
geometry. Guy understood the problems this caused and set-out to drive the
consistency in documentation and application of drawing standards to his engineering
team. His ability to think outside the box, improved the design features and
functionality of the products we produced, as well as reduced the overall manufacturing
costs, thus saving Diamond Products money.

We were sad to lose Guy as our Engineering go-to man at Diamond. His knowledge,
experience and commitment to the company are an asset more people need to acquire
and he would be a great attribute to any organization.

Sincerely,

Keri L. Foster
