 Submit the printed output to your subject teacher one week after completion of the
Immersion.

o Personnel/ Org Chart
o Supervisor/s
o Attendance Sheet
o Daily Time Record
o Rating Sheets
 Do not put any bulky or protruding designs on your portfolio to keep it neat and tidy.
