2. - Unlike other brands, Basilur Tea does not just offer one range of
products for retail and another for HORECA/Food service. All our tea
will be exactly the same high quality as our retail packs in terms of
flavour and presentation. The weight per bag will not be reduced to
achieve a better price advantage.
- Basilur Tea freshness will be maintained by ensuring that we harvest
and pack our teas within the shortest periods. Unlike big companies,
we never pack and stock large amounts of tea. Instead we produce to
order, thus giving our customers the freshest tea straight from leaf to
cup in the shortest time.
- Basilur Tea always use foil sachet/envelopes which keep tea fresh.
- For such high quality tea, our price point is extremely competitive.
- Basilur Tea sells its products in over 54 countries as a
‘Premium/Exclusive’ brand. Many customers do not wish to see the
same ‘mass market’ brand in their hotels which are available to buy
cheaply at any small outlet store. In executive/luxury rooms, it
would be disastrous to offer mass market brands to their VVIP
guests. Basilur Tea is unique in positioning itself as a premium brand
which is also reflected in its quality.
- We offer a customised range of hand-crafted wooden presentation
cases printed with the hotel’s logo (free of charge) whenever hotelier
customers enter into a long term supply contract (1-2 years). This is an
extensive range from 3 & 6 open boxes for room service to 6/12/24
closed luxury boxes for lounges, cafes/bars/restaurants.
