This document is a production log for a student named Sam Gregory Haigh chronicling the process of creating a 3D model and flythrough of a proposed new stadium for the Bury FC soccer team as a final project. Over the course of several months, Sam designed blueprints of the pitch and seating, found a suitable location, created models of the stadium components, developed the overall design, fully modeled the interior and exterior, rendered test videos and the final flythrough, and uploaded the completed project video to YouTube.

I have made some blueprints with sizes of the pitch and a seating layout that I think is suitable for both fans
and the press.

I have also looked on Google maps for a suitable location to make the stadium, but there is nowhere that it
could be built, so I will have to make it up. I also asked my friends, who are big Bury fans, my plans for the
stadium and if they had any suggestions, they just said they love the proposed idea, but try to keep it near the
centre of Bury.
I have uploaded my questionnaires answers sheet onto my blog I have also started to do my pitch plans. I have
also made a powerpoint presentation that deals with audience profiling. I have also finalised a location for my
stadium, made an email that is ready to send to the club after proofreading and did some research into
architecture.
I have sent the email to Bury and am now awaiting a reply. I have also made a forum post with details about
my proposed FMP and I have asked for replies and thoughts from Bury fans.

I have had a reply on my forum post that’s basically says what all of the people who said no said, it says that
most fans are partial to a new stadium IF it’s good enough and sticks to plan, but others have said they will like
to stick with Gigg Lane as it has a special places in their hearts.
I got a reply from Bury FC which says if that’s what the fans wanted they would be happy to look at my pl;ans
for the new stadium and they also said they really liked the location idea.
I have made my first draft of my storyboard for the final flythrough, which I scanned into my pc and is here:

finished yet, but I like how they are coming along.
I have made a lot more models, including a field, some advertising boards, veding machines, tables and gym
equipment. I have also updated my blog to include labels and I have started an ideas generation document
which cites all of my inpsirations and ideas. Plus I have made a basic layout plan of my final idea (the parts in
red are the parts im going to model).

I have made a lot of models for my internal areas, such as my benches and tables for the dressing room and
café areas. I just now need to make the room spaces and some shirts for the dressing room.
I have started to work on the final field and shell for the final render now that I have most of the internal things

done I am just going to start work on the final design and the stands.
I have chosen my final design it will have floodlights like Patersons stadium on top of the stands and a roof like
the concept for the Licotec ‘Tractor tire’ stadium.

I have made the stands for the stadium and now I just have to create the shell for the layout of the stadium
and put it together.

I have made most of the stadium now and I now have the inside area for the tunnel complete for rendering,
now I just have to create the roof for the stadium and begin rendering.
I have now finished all of the models and I have begun making the scenes
I have started rendering a test of the tunnel final flythrough.
The render was too dark as I hadn’t had enough cameras to light the whole scene

I have now rendered a final flythrough of the tunnel and I have finished the scene file of the stadium, however
I will need to render it at home as the computers at college aren’t powerful enough.
I have now rendered it all and am currently rendering the final movie in Premiere then I just have to upload it
