This document advertises a Mindful Leadership Week retreat taking place in August 2015 in eastern France. The retreat is designed to help participants slow down, decompress, and develop mindful leadership skills through meditation practices and exercises led by expert instructors over the course of a week. Participants will learn techniques for resilience, emotion regulation, and breaking negative thought patterns to become more focused, empathetic, and effective leaders. The retreat offers a relaxing program in a beautiful setting and has received positive feedback from previous participants who felt it helped them better connect with themselves and manage stress in their daily lives.
