20. Token Economics for early Participants
Initially fixed supply of 3.2bn ERC 20 Token with decreasing mechanism vs flexible supply Quorum Fluzcoin.
The Fluzcoin crypto asset model is based on two main elements: an ERC 20 Fluzcoin token offered initially during the ICO process and a stable
Fluzcoin based on Quorum blockchain for retail use.
This dualism shall allow for short term oriented and speculative trading as well longer term holding and retail payment use.
During ICO a maximum supply of Fluzcoin ERC 20 tokens shall be issued and tokenholders are able to reflect their expectations about future retail
adoption of Fluzcoin within the free price fluctuations of the Fluzcoin ERC 20 token.
This token provides the utility of preferred participation from staking rewards issued to Fluzcoin holders and therefore a bonus conversion into
Quorum based stable Fluzcoin.
Post-ICO and exchange listing tokenholders may convert tokens to Quorum based Fluzcoin at their discretion. This stable Fluzcoin shall be used for
purchasing at retail.
The tokens shall be turned in at Fluzcoin web portal (to be launched after ICO). When a tokenholder turns in ERC20 tokens these shall be burnt and
the tokenholder shall be issued Fluzcoins. Regardless of when the ERC20 token is converted, there shall be always a reserve of Fluzcoin on each
token. At the close of the ICO, there will be 1 Fluz Coin for each ERC20 token.
Every time ERC20 tokens shall be converted to Fluzcoin the token supply shall decrease. Nonetheless, the staking rewards as a preferred percentage
of the total market cap growth shall be the same. Regardless of the amount of ERC20 tokens, there shall be a fixed subset of newly minted Fluzcoin
that shall be distributed only to the non-converted ERC20 tokenholders.
Therefore every time an overproportional amount of staking rewards shall be distributed across a smaller pool of tokens.
As redemption options at retail increase, more ERC20 tokens are likely to be converted to Fluzcoin, and thus the remaining ERC20 Tokens shall
accrue Fluzcoin even faster.
This design allows for the ERC20 Token price to potentially trade above the exact Fluzcoin conversion rate due to the speculative element of
anticipating Fluzcoin market cap growth.
