1) The event was a premiere party for season 2 of the TV show "Flip Men" held in Murray, UT. Stars of the show and other reality TV celebrities attended. 2) Guests enjoyed food, drinks, and mingling with celebrities on the patio. Photos were taken on the red carpet. 3) The party celebrated the success of season 1 and the announcement of season 2 airing on August 5th with 10 new episodes.

PremierGalainMurray, UT. Heldon the lovely patioof the brandnew BrioTuscan Grill, where the
restaurantstaff wasunbelievablyaccommodatingforamuch biggercrowdthanwas expected, Power
and Industry’sverytalentedDannyThompson once againmanagedtothrow anotherraging,successful
party. BothMike Bairdand Doug Clark,the stars of “FlipMen” were inattendance alongwithother
Spike TV hitseries’stars,many reality TV show stars,movie actors,models,directors,writers,
producers,local celebrities,politiciansandof course anenormousgroupof fans. Photoswere taken of
guestsonthe redcarpet as theyarrived,followedby the enjoymentof delightful horsd’oeuvres
preparedby Brio’schefs, the minglingof celebritiesandfans,networkingamongfriends andsimply
soakinginthe excitementof celebrationfor the FlipMen’s2nd
Season.
Althoughmostattendeesmovedquicklypastthe cameras,ToddHoward,anotherSPIKETV realityshow
hostfrom “World’sWorst Tenants”, wasa hitwiththe cameras and the fans. Tryingto get him away
fromthe redcarpet crowdwas a challenge forme,asall the beautiful womenandquite afew male fans

own, Doug Clarkat the “Guy’s Choice Awards”.Theywere boththere, alongwithmanyotherguysthat
Todd jokinglycalledthe “Elitists”intelevision. Ihad noideathere wassuch a thingas a “Guy’sChoice”
award,but thenagain,I am not a guy. Apparentlyitisquite the awardshow. Toddsharedwithme that
he and Doug were a “brotherlymatchmade inheaven”astheyboth were able tosuccessfullypull off
the sexy,bald,headedlook. Todd’sfirstwordstoDoug were,“Youknow,if we putboth our heads

TaimakGuarriello,anotherfavoriteof the cameraand the ladies,isastunning,martial artsactor, best
knownforhisleadingrole asLeRoyGreen in the early1980’s cult classicfilm, “The LastDragon.” Taimak
has starredand appearedin manyfilms, anumberof televisionshows, dozensof playsand music
videos,etc. He has workedwith celebritieslike JanetJacksonandMadonna. He previouslyowneda
gym andhas createdhis ownset of fitnessDVD’s. He recentlywrote andproducedhisownshortfilm
called,“I’ve SeenThings”. He informed me thathisnewestendeavorismotivational speakingand that
Taimakfans can lookforhim on the motivational speakingcircuitacrossthe nation soon. Taimaksaid
he was thrilledtobe invitedtothe “FlipMen”2nd

with. One of these celebritiesis “Cute asa button”(those were hisself-descriptive words)Tony
Toscano,TV Host from“ABC’sTalkingPictures”.Tonytruly isone of the mosthumble, genuine, yetwell-
knownand successful meninthe industry. He charminglysharedwithme histribute to the “FlipMen”
and hisexcitementregardingtheir2nd

renownedmoviecriticsisahuge complimentindeedandshouldplease Spike TV andtheirdecisionto

Anotherhumble,beautiful man Ispoke with isthe actor,producer,director,dancerand all aroundgreat
guy,Giovanni Ciacchella. Knownbymanyinthe industryas “Gio”,he wasby far the most belovedbyhis
peersat the Gala. Afterspendingsome time talkingwithhim,Ibecame afan as well. Gioiscurrently
workingona short filmcalled“White Wings”andhasdone othershort filmsandtelevisionactingaswell
as producinganddirecting. Giovanni ownsTriple Fox Productionsandhasbeena“FlipMen” supporter
fromthe beginning.
The stand-upcomedianJohnMoyerwasalsoin attendance.He isa writerbestknownfor“The Single’s
Ward”, “RM”, and forwritingandproducing“Mobstersand Mormons”. He has alsorecentlyproduced
hisownrealityTV seriescalled“Diningwiththe Dean”andisworkingonproducingandacting insome
short films. MoyerknewMike andDougbefore theybecame the actual “FlipMen”. Moyer knew Mike
and Dougbefore theybecame the actual “FlipMen”. John saidtheyall meton Utah’sEntertainment
Choice Awardsforwhichhe had writtenthe openingmonologue. Moyer, inkeepingwithhiscomedic
backgroundsaid,“I love realityTV because Idon’tneedfriendsanymore. I have so manyfriendson

2012 movie aboutvideogame loversandgeeksactingouttheirwildestfantasiescalled“Unicorn City”.
Clintsaidthe movie wasfilmedinUtah,thankstoan offerof $30,000, made byMarshall Moore,
Directorof The Utah FilmCommissionasanincentive togetthe makerstobring the movie here.It
workedandClint,a Utah boyand an actor withRobDiamondTalentwascast as one of the stars. Clint
was recentlyahuge hitat the WizardWorldPhiladelphiaComicConas those inattendance were able to
previewthe movie andmeethimashischaracterof Rhubarbthe Centaur. Rhubarbcreativelyattaches
whatseemsto be a coolerontotwo wheelscoveredinfurlegsto hisback givinghimthe slight
appearance of a centaur inwhatI predictwill soonbe THEcult classic filmamonggamers. Clintalso
sharedhisenthusiasmforMike andDoug’ssuccessand all those whoare findingsuccessinthe filmand

6. WhenMurray, Utah’s ownmayor, Dan Snarr traveledthe redcarpetand enteredthe patiowithhis
signature, 5 inchhandlebarmustache sportingaverysexy“FLIPMAN” T-shirt,laughterandapplause
carriedacross the now standingroomonlypatio. Mayor Snarr sharedwithme that he is “a huge fan of
the show”and Mike and Doug expressedtheirappreciationfor hissupport,asit has “helped them
tremendouslytocontinue todowhattheydo best,fliphouses.”
Much attentionwasshownto local,realitystar,SkippyJessopwhorecentlyairedonanepisode of TLC’s
“VirginDiaries”. Skippy representedhisstance veryclearlybywearingabrightyellow t-shirtstating,
“You can’t getan STD whenyoudon’thave ‘S’ ”. ApparentlySkippyisnotonlyavirginandproud of it
but he alsodoesnot use the word“SEX”. Skippydrew large crowdsof beautiful women. The ideaof a
virgininhis30’s, maybe 40’s was oddly attractive tomany. Skippyisalsohilariousandaddedhisvery
ownspice to the event. He saidhe lovesrealityTV andthinksit’sawesometohave fellowUtahns, like
the “FlipMen” representingthe state inthisnew avenue of television.
Anotherruckuswasmade by fansas the loudroar of a motorcycle caughteveryone’sattentionwhen
joustingphenomenonandhunkof aman, Charlie Andrews,from“Knightsof Mayhem”onthe National
Geographicchannel,pulledrightupontothe redcarpet ridingnoton hisusual steedbutratheron his
beautiful white andgoldBigBearChopper.Thisbeyondsexy,tall darkandhandsome,modernday
knightinblackleatherlaughinglysaid,“Iwouldhave feltmore comfortable onanactual horse wearing
shiningarmorbut I wasafraid the mayor wouldnothave approved.” Thisbegana whole new roundof
photoswhile anyone andeveryone tookaturnin frontof the camerason or aroundSir Charlie andhis

7. DemoDoug naturallytookcharge of the new prop,sat downon itand said“I was made to ride this”.
OthersagreedandtoldDoug he was born forit. Mike Baird,althoughnotat all afraidof the camera,
was muchmore comfortable minglingwithfriendsandfamilyawayfromthe glitzandglamourof the
redcarpet. Both Mike and Dougwere not onlyshowngeneroussupportbyfansandpeersbutthey
were inno wayin shortsupplyof supportfromtheirfamiliesatthe Galaeither. Iwas luckyenoughto
meetDoug’sveryproud,yetdownto earth,fatherandMike’sbrotherswhoare deeplyproudof their
brother’ssuccessandthat of the show.
Once knownas the Foreclosure Boys, Mike andDoughad theirown radioshow about the insand outs
of flippinghouses. Astheywentabouttheirbusinessof buyinghousesatauctionand findingcrazy
thingsinthem,theysoonrealizedtheyneededtoshare these findingswiththe world. Theybegan
videoingwhattheywouldfindandtookbefore andafter shotsof the housestheyworkedon. Mike and
Doug were eventuallyintroducedtoSpike TV executivesandhadthe opportunitytopitchthe showto
them. The complete polaropposite personalitiesof the house flippingduo,alongwiththeirgreat
personalitiesandknowledge gotthem6 episodeswhich eventuallyturnedinto12 andSeason1 of the
“FlipMen” wasborn.
Justas fans were inabundance atthe Pre PremierGala,soare the fansacross the nation. Ratingswere
veryhigh,landingthe teamof house flippersawhole new season andaccordingtoMike,“Season2 is
goingto be like Season1 onSteroids”. Dougaddedthat,“It’s not justbeginningsteroids,these are like
the reallystrong, hardcore steroids”. Theysaythere will be more dramabetween Mike andDougthis
seasonand just more drama ingeneral. Viewerscanexpectmore visitsfromlocal police departments,
more focuson what happensatthe auctions, unimaginable situations andmore,reallygrossthings
inside the housestheybuy.
Doug sharedthat he couldn’tbelievehow fartheyhadcome. That inthe beginningtheyhad some
supporterswhocame to theirfirstseasonpartiesbutthe amountof supportwas nothinglike he felt
