STEP 1: Press the “Scan” button
STEP 2: Scan the NDC barcode on the medication bottle and
confirm the drug name, strength & volume (the scanner is
found to the left of the keypad and only lights up when the
scan function is activated)
STEP 3: Press “3” on the keypad to reconstitute and flavor
STEP 4: Select the flavor of choice and confirm the selection
STEP 5: Press “Dispense” to begin the reconstitution process
STEP 6: After reconstitution is complete, follow the screen prompts
to dispense the appropriate amount of flavoring ingredients
using graduated syringes

cover the barcode with the prescription la­bel) and confirm the drug
name, strength & volume
STEP 3: Press “2” on the keypad for flavoring instructions
STEP 4: Select the flavor of choice and confirm the selection
STEP 5: (Optional) Enter the volume of medication being dispensed
STEP 6: Follow the screen prompts to dispense the appropriate mL
amount of flavoring ingredients using gradu­ated syringes

7. A dditional functions
• To enter NDC numbers directly without scanning if so de­sired,
simply press “1” at the startup screen.
• To enter water amounts manually for reconstitution, simply
press “2” at the startup screen and enter the amount of water,
in mL’s, needed for reconstitution. You will not be able to get
flavoring formulations using this option.
• To calibrate the machine, press the “Menu” button and then
“3”. Follow the screen prompts to calibrate. Be sure to have a
graduated cylinder for precise calibration.
• If the device freezes, simply hold down the “Start” button for 5
seconds to reboot.
