page and we are unable to prevent them from that. However, pleasekeep in
mind that you do not need to accept to keep working on their order if what they
require is not whatyour gig description states.
We always recommend our sellers to be as specific as possible in their Gig
description, as well as in the order requirements, before the order is placed and
started.
If you feel uncertain aboutproceeding with your project, we recommend offering
a mutual cancellation to your buyer, and explain the exact reasons for cancelling.
We understand that there are somecancellations which cannotbe avoided and
are no fault of the seller. Currently, your analytics will continue to reflect all
cancellations and in the near future, this may be updated.
Fraudulentorders and orders that wehave determined to be placed in error, will
not be considered in the automatic demotion/promotion, however will remain in
your analytics.
CAN WE DO USAGE OF HASHTAGS?
Itis not allowed to redirect users to another site, and the use of has-htags is not
allowed.
CAN WE DO REFERRAL TO OTHER FIVERR SELLER?
Yes, you are welcome to refer your buyer to another seller if you are unable to
accept their order requests.
CAN WE USE OF QUOTES?
You can usequotes in your Gig.
WHAT LINKS WE CAN INCLUDE IN A PORTFOLIO?
The following URLs may be used in your profile or Gig description:

You can create a portfolio of your work outsideof fiverr and add it to your public
profile, not your Gig. :) To keep your buyers informed, you may leave the link to
your profile in your GIg description and let them know that is the link to your
portfolio to your work outsideof fiverr.

Please note that the feedback will remain even if the Gig was deleted.
WHATS MAXIMUM SIZE LIMIT THAT WE CAN DELIVER?
Keep in mind that the maximum file sizeis 100 mb for a single file. For multiple
files, the maximum size of all files may not exceed 150 mb.
If you are unable to divide a large file into smaller parts, you can usea third-party
file sharing service(such as dropbox.com, or mediafire.com) to upload the file,
and then send your buyer the download link. We ask that you do not usea file-
sharing servicethat requires an exchange of email addresses or other personal
contact details.
CAN WE USE AUTOREPLY RESPONSE?
If you receive a lot of messages, you can always set a quick responseauto-reply to
help you manage your inbox.
HOW WE CAN GET BUYER’S INFORMATION?
if the buyer's personalcontactinformation is necessary for you to complete your
Gig (such as a SkypeGig or, in your case, Google local listing), you should mention
this in your Gig title (if possible), Gig description, and in your order requirements.
Please adviseyour buyers to only submit the required information, and to only
send this information via the order page.
Please also note that not all Gigs that require an exchange of personalcontact
information are accepted by our content editors.
CAN I USE INTERNET CAFE?
You can use the network that best suits your needs, your account won't
be flagged by using a different network connection.

Secondly, in order to add order deliveries to your portfolio, the buyer needs to
approveit while giving the review on the order. You can kindly request the buyer
while delivering to shareproudly their work.
CAN I GIVE FEE TRIALS?
We would not recommend giving out any free trials, only deliver your work after a
buyer has already placed an order. If you send them free work, wewill not be able
to assistyou regarding any related issue.
CAN I ASK FEEDBACK FROM MY CLIENT?
That would be the perfect example of how to advice buyer about the importance
of our "Feedback" feature, the rule is never to ask for positive or 5 stars review
that is a direct violation but if you justadvisethat Feedback is really important
then you should not experience any type of problem.
