It is the ability of the heart (cardio)
and circulatory system (vascular)
to supply oxygen to muscles for an
extended period of time.
CARDIOVASCULAR is also called
CARDIORESPIRATORY (lungs)

some continuous fitness activity is

maximum amount of force a muscle can
