1. Fitness for Purpose
Objective
Constructing a database for the church.
Through this project i will aim to construct a database that will record
information of the members of the church, which will include contact
information and basic information that will help the church be more
efficient with managing contacts such as: age, date of enrollment and
date of sacrament.
I had then created a login
window, which can allow
users do gain access to
certain menus, eg, the profile
page and submitting an
article and submitting
weblinks. This is useful
options for then allowing
users to post certain
documents to the admin user,
who would be the church.
This is the profile page, which
allows users to edit their profile
and update information, this is an
objective accomplished, because
this helps reduce the number of
paper used by sending out forms.
Now the church is able to access
this on the internet, so there is no
need to send out forms because
all the details are on the internet.

2. There is an option to create an account, all you have to do is to fill
in the required fields, and an email will be sent to you, confirming
your account. This helps accomplish my goals because users are
now able to create accounts for themselves to gain access to the
church database.
The creation of the menus,
help increase convenience
and accessibility to the
website database, so it is
easy to navigate the
website.
