 As the president of the Tadross Media Group in New York City, Michael
Tadross Jr. has produced more than 20 motion pictures and served as

projects that range from the Rob Reiner-directed biopic LBJ to the small
screen appearances of the Kevin Smith characters Jay and Silent Bob.
Michael Tadross Jr.’s latest production credit was on the Argentinian film
First Law.
Released on March 9, 2017, by Zazen Producciones, First Law tells the
story of twin brothers from different worlds. One brother is a prominent
member of the indigenous Toba people of Argentina who struggles to
protect and defend his native culture. The other brother was raised in the
United States in the lap of luxury, and ultimately returns to execute
corporate plans in Argentina. The main conflict in the film arises from the
brothers’ blatant clash of interests. Based on true events, First Law
highlights very real issues that currently plague the Argentinian Chaco,
as corporations purchase and deforest more and more land to construct
industrial complexes such as biodiesel plants.
