Description/Procedure
The children have to run in the gym. One of the pupils is chosen as the teacher.
While they are running, they are singing English songs.
If the teacher stops singing and shouts “fire”, the children have to lie on their
stomachs on the floor. If the teacher says “water”, they have to climb up the
fireman’s pole, and if he/she shouts “wind”, they have to crawl under the bench.
They have to be very quick. The last one is the new teacher.
Of course you can adopt new commands and actions after a while,
like “stone, ice …”.
