FE Inspection
• Extinguishers must be inspected monthly and the inspection tag updated
accordingly.
• Extinguisher must be properly mounted, labeled and accessible.
• Damaged or used extinguishers must be removed from service and
replaced as soon as possible. The charge indicator must be in the “full”
area.
• The hose should be free from holes, tears, and other damage.
• The base should be free from rust, dents, cracks or other signs of
physical damage.

Evacuate the building from the nearest exit that can be safely used.
Meet outside at the front gate (Catherine Street) or at the shipping gate (Concession Road).
There will be a head count to ensure that all personnel have safely evacuated.
