After analyzing our clients current customers, along with their current business strategies, we convinced them that should get involved with Social Media marketing, and CRM softwares.

I. General Description of the Product and/or Service (Liz)
The general description of the product that Greeks and More would be providing to you
is customized uniforms for each of the staff for the normal every day/night shift. Following that
customized product, Greeks and More will collaborate with Library to ensure that there is a
customized uniform shirt for every holiday, block party, and/or any other special event that is
scheduled at Knight Library.
As one of the leading bars in Florida, Knight Library constantly needs to ensure that their
employees look clean cut and put together, which includes uniform shirts that Greeks and More
can provide for you. The general description of the service that we can provide for your business
is timely, open line of communication, and creative thinking. We want to come up with products
that wow you, not the other way around. After researching Knight Library and visiting the
company’s website we have noticed a lot of chance for opportunity between the both of our
businesses.
To begin, on your website we noticed that there is not much of a section for merchandise.
That could be one of the first sections we tackle by incorporating seasonal and holiday themed
merchandise as well as adding products, such as, socks and koozies. We understand that Library
is not reliant on these products but it adds cushion in case sales are not doing well that month. At
Greeks and More we are well educated on what appeals to college students around Orlando and
we feel as if we could be a great addition to your team as a partner.
It is also noticeable that there are not shirts or any other products hung up on the walls to
be seen and possibly sold to customers. That is where Greeks and More comes in to save the day.

II. Detailed Solution Rationale
Greeks and More has put together some examples of holiday and seasonal themed shirts
that we feel will be appealing to your customers. Knights Library has a large following of those
who enjoy going out to dance and drink alcoholic beverages, but our solution for you is to not
limit yourselves to just that, but also have a good image of your employees and create more of a
retail line.
As stated earlier, here at Greeks and More we are within ten minutes of driving distance
from Knight Library and have a great outlook on your business. We feel that we can make it a
more profitable company by partnering together to create a line of shirts themed at holidays and
events going on in the area that Library will be having block parties for.
One idea that our team came up with is to sell products, such as the merchandise from the
website, as mentioned above there is not much on your company website for merchandise,
minimizing the opportunity there for customers to purchase products. The merchandise offered
online will look nothing like the uniforms that employees are required to wear in order to avoid
confusion.
Another idea we created was to sell merchandise provided by Greeks and More tailored
to Knights Library at these big events that are put on for holidays and celebrations. At the block
parties there could be possibilities of raffles and games getting customers involved and creating a
fun atmosphere that will bring in other consumers.
Lastly, to get the consumer to really create an image for the product, they should hang
their t-shirt’s on the wall with prices next to them. This creates an atmosphere for customers to
see that there are other products being sold besides just drinks. Your consumers are not aware
that there is merchandise that Knights Library offers. This is a very simple tactic to get
customers to purchase your items. If it is visibly seen it is more likely to be purchased, especially
if that person has had a few drinks.

III. Cost Analysis
As we consider this partnership with Greeks and More and Knights Library, it is
important to reflect on the cost and revenues that will possibly occur. The goal is to begin a
partnership that will be beneficial for both parties. In order to perform a proper cost analysis, we
will observe and analyze the possible costs, benefits, and then compare the costs and benefits.
Identify Costs
There are numerous costs that Greeks and More will need to bear initially. These costs
will include all items needed to create the products Knights Library requires for their special
events.
There will be a one-time cost for a power heat press to make the vinyl shirts. The cost of
a heat presser ranges from $700 to $7,000.
There will be costs for the price of bulk t-shirts that will be made. Depending on the
amount of t-shirt Library wants, the price for bulk t-shirts will change. Estimating that Knights
Library would want about 50 T-shirts for employees and 100 t-shirts to sell as merchandise at
about $1.50 per shirt. The total cost for would be $225 for all the shirts.
Overall, for the first purchase the costs for both one-time costs would equal $700 and
recurring costs would be $225. The total costs would be $925 for all the supplies to make vinyl t-
shirts.
Identify Benefits
Greeks and More can charge $8 per shirt. To find revenue you can multiply the cost of
shirts by the amount of shirts needed ($8 per shirt x 150 t-shirt = 1200.) After, subtract the total
costs ($1200-$925=$275.)
This would be resulting after the first order, which includes the one-time fee of a vinyl
printer. As time moves on, the only fee would be the shirts.
The revenue after the first order would be: $225. $1,200 - $225 = $975.
Comparing Costs and Benefits
As the relationship with Greeks and More and Knights Library continues, the benefits will
outweigh the costs. Since the vinyl printer is a one-time cost, the overall benefits will only rise.
Additionally, this would not be a one-time partnership. Greeks and More would be able to
provide new t-shirt designs every holiday, block party, and/or any other special event that is
scheduled at Knight Library, which is roughly 10 events per year. The overall profit far exceeds
the costs that Greeks and More would incur.

IV. Statement of Responsibilities
The goal of our Statement of Responsibilities is to fully define how to fulfill all
expectations and needs that Knights Library would require of Greeks and More. Likewise, it is
important to see Knights Library responsibilities in this working relationship.
Knights Library Responsibilities:
For Knights Library to have this arrangement work accordingly with our client, Greeks and
More, they will need to do the following actions below.
Provide money to purchase materials
Pick up t-shirts
Distribution of t-shirts to staff
Provide t-shirt design in timely manner
Give proper notice of when t-shirt are needed
Greeks and More Responsibilities:
Greeks and More must perform the following actions for this relationship to work with Knights
Library.
Have facilities ready for large shirt orders
Be timely and have the shirts ready before the event
Continually update Knights Library on the status of the shirts
Have shirts organized by size, before Knights Library staff picks up shirts
After receiving the shirts, make sure Knights Library is satisfied with the purchase

V. Vendor Description
The vendor for our client would be the Knights Library, that is located off of University
Boulevard, across from the Lazy Moon Pizzeria. The Knights Library is a college bar that has
been voted in the top 33 college bars amongst the nation by USA Today magazine. They claim to
throw “legendary” parties at prices no other bars can compete with.
It was originally opened in 2005 and has been East Orlando’s most iconic nightlife destination.
Knights Library was once located in a different plaza, but do to many different circumstances,
the plaza was renovated into an apartment complex, so they were forced to move. Since then, the
Knights Library is still successful and caters to the 60,000 students that attend the University of
Central Florida.
Knights Library in a simple general overview is a bar that is themed after the mascot of the
University of Central Florida, a Knight. It is clearly the largest and most popular student/college
bar in the UCF area. They are opened Tuesday through Sunday, and are closed on Mondays. For
most of their nights and events they charge an entrance fee. The Knights Library is split into
three sections, one being the general, main dance floor, and on the left side of the building they
label it as “The Dungeon Lounge”, and their newest section, “The LIB Beach Bar,” where LIB is
short for Library. The Dungeon Lounge is themed to be more of a “nightclub” theme, and has a
dark atmosphere, and the Beach Bar is on the right side of Knights Library and is and outdoor
bar with beach themed decorations.
The Knights Library hosts special seasonal events all year long. One event was taken place just
the past week and was themed, “Oktoberfest Block Party”, for the month of October and the
tradition that derives from Germany. They promoted this Block Party via their Facebook Page
and also on their own website. They told their consumers, or students, that they will be selling $5
German boots, or for simple terms, a large beer glass. Typically, all of Knights Library’s events
are the same, where they tailor the event for the appropriate season. Whether it’s for the UCF
football games, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and so on, The Knights
Library is always proactive.
At the moment, on the Knights Library’s webpage they tell visitors a bit about the history,
descriptions of special that happen weekly, upcoming and past events, and a gallery of what it
looks like in action.

VI. Sales Pitch
In this section we will provide an in-depth sales pitch that we would plan to have our client,
Greeks and More say to The Knights Library. This sales pitch will tell The Knights Library why
they should do business with my client, what it would entail, and how it will benefit them.
We, Greeks and More, believe that you, The Knights Library, can benefit from doing business
with us. Greeks and More is an Embroidery Service business that specializes in customization,
loyalty, and customer relationship. We have been in business for over 30 years, and have
successfully been serving the local community here in Orlando. We come to you today in hope
that we can serve you a better option to have customized clothing and accessories for your
company in order to boost sales and brand awareness and brand credibility.
In today’s market, it is clear that all companies and brands need to establish themselves to
differentiate from the competition. You have gained a strong competitive advantage amongst
your closest rivals by offering low prices, numerous fun activities, and ultimately a fun
atmosphere that has reached the nations ears. We want to help you with that, and take it to the
next level. Greeks and More can provide you with the finest clothing and accessories to promote
your brand and company.

Orlando. The shirts can be customized for specific fraternities and sororities and include your
brand on them as well. This idea comes from our loyal customers, the Greek Community. We
also would like for you to think about promoting cups for customers to by so they can reuse them
at home, or even when they commute in their day to day lives. Koozies can be sold in your bar so
that customers can use them in and outside. Hats are also a big commodity, and we can provide
you with multiple, high quality hats that are in today’s fashion. And lastly, we know that you
host seasonal events, so why not promote the parties with shirts. Now a day, the biggest selling
item for concerts is t-shirts that show which tour was happening. So why not have an option of
shirts with your bar and specific party on it for customers to wear proudly.
In the end, we, Greeks and More, want to help you, The Knights Library, by increasing profit.
Byy choosing us as your “fan gear” provider, we can provide you a large variety of clothing and
accessories to sell to your loyal and new customers. The end goal is to continue increasing your
brand, and we can be the pivotal moment that will make the impact substantial.

VII. Conclusion
To wrap things up, we will go over what this assignment and report has covered and why. As a
team we were assigned to choose a business that our semester long client could possibly do
business with and explain or reasoning as to why it would work out. We have included
descriptions of the products, and services my client would provide. In the report we have also
shown a cost analysis. And lastly, we gave a general description of the business we want our
client to work with, and the sales pitch my client would say to them.
Our client, Greeks and More is a store that offers a specialized service in embroidery. They
customize people’s clothes, they offer a wide variety of different clothes and accessories that are
already tailored to specific fraternities and sororities. They tailor peoples clothing to make them
fit better, and even allow customers to place orders for customized jerseys.
We have chosen The Knights Library as a business to work with because of their reputation in
the area, because of their large customer base, and also because we feel that they are in need of
our specialty service. The Knights Library is one of the largest college bars in America and are
located just minutes away from our client. We feel that they can use our service in order to
increase their brand awareness and company culture. Greeks and More can provide them with
many variations of clothing and accessories that they can sell in the bar and outside through their
website. They can also use my client’s service to promote their seasonal parties with shirts and
hats that are tailored to the specific event that is taken place.
What we plan to do moving forward would be to show our client, Greeks and More, this report
and information, and to show them the rationale that we have. Hopefully, Greeks and More looks
at this idea with an open mind and considers the opportunity of doing business with The Knights
Library. In the end, they don’t have to go through with this, but we feel that it could be a
wonderful opportunity for them to increase their revenue, and ultimately increase their own
brand awareness by helping another’s.
Greeks and More, and The Knights Library can be successful together. At the moment The
Knights Library does have a very small variety of clothing that is available for sale to the
customers, but it is clear that they have chosen the wrong service provider. Not to talk down on
their current service provide, but as a team of integrated business students that know The Knights
