• Worked with State Affairs team, tracking state legislation and relaying valuable
information to individual plans
• Researched and created charts for information such as the PMPM cost of state mandated
benefits, to be used for advocacy by each Blue Plan’s State Relation Coordinator
• Created a model to project future impact of the ‘Cadillac’ Tax on health insurance enrollees

• Composed charts and reports for clients consisting of the teams findings
• Compiled all of the rates in the state of Colorado, in order to find the average change
