The film follows two friends, Colonel Brown and Inspector Bob, who work together to plan a mission to end terrorism in their country. Over meetings and discussions, they develop a strategy to raid the terrorists' hideouts using satellite surveillance and military helicopters. Colonel Brown leads a successful night raid that arrests 11 terrorists with no civilian or military casualties. The next day, their boss congratulates Colonel Brown and the media reports it as a major victory against terrorism. In their final meeting, Inspector Bob agrees to Colonel Brown's advice to marry his girlfriend and quit smoking.
