Arjay’s has designed and installed hundreds of exterior and interior motorized projects on and in commercial and residential buildings throughout Southern
California. Our team of motorization experts are certified in Lutron, Somfy, MechoShade, Hunter Douglas & Q­Motion; and we have assisted in the integration of
motorized window treatments in Crestron, Control 4, Savant and many other building automation systems.
Arjay’s can work with your Designer, Architect or Builder to help select the best motorization options for your project when designing & building a home. Or, we
can design and install systems into existing buildings working directly with the building owner. With the advancement of battery and lift technology from
companies like Q­Motion, we can cover very large openings with battery powered motors that perform at the same level as motors that are hard­wired.
Whatever level of service you need, Arjay’s has the experienced team that can provide a complete turnkey service.
Controlling your motorized window treatments can be as simple as pushing the button on a remote control or made even simpler by programming timers or
using solar sensors that will drop your shades when they are sun­struck and raise them when the sun passes; or your window treatments can be controlled by
more sophisticated building management control systems.
Arjay’s can motorize interior and exterior Roller Shades, Drapery, Shutters, Blinds, Awnings, Roman Shades and Cellular Shades and many of our projects have
