FRANCE
BOOOOOOORING, that was a painfull race to watch, yet
another Mercedes 1-2 with Lewis leading from start to
finish.
Only two jokers played in France and there was only
two points between them, James Griffiths' Racing Bean
came out on top with a score of 652 points ahead of
Harry Vickers' HVK on 650 points, nice one James
In third and the highest team not to have played their
joker is Ady Twigg with Ady's Angels on 377 points and
when he see's this he'll start paying interest again. Only
8 points behind Ady was my Stone Cold Sauber team on
369 points in fourth.
There is a five way tie for fifth place between Lewis
Whiting's Adrian Newbie Racing, Paul Henshaw's
Sheepshag Army, Martin Baldwin's Lando is a Stupid
Name, Ben Garrigan's Flying Dragons & Nick Carthew's
Proppa Job 1, all five scored 364 points
AUSTRIA
Yay, some racing.... a bad weekend for the Silver Arrows
gave the young guns a chance to shine with Max
Verstappen taking the win over Charles LeClerc, this
report was brought to from the Sports Bar, Playa
Blanca, Lanzorate and the beer is cold....
In FF1 it was the third win of the second for me but this
time with my The Roaring Forties team with a score of
750 points, cheers!!!!.
10 points behind me was a tie for second place between
James Griffith's Racing Bean and Anne Whitehead's
Stitches, both scoring 740 points
In fourth and the highest placed team not to have
played a joker it's rookie Isamaie Elsiou and her Blood
Red Roses on 463 points.
There was another tie for fifth with Pete Lane's Wibble
Cat and Darren Rodgers' Fluff in my Belly Button both
scoring 443 points.
LEAGUE
Nice races in and my Stone Cold Sauber team hit
the top of the league with a score of 3965 points,
passing previous leaders Richard Morton's Rubber
Racing 1 who are on 3924 points.
In third it's me again with my The Roaring Forties
on 3891 points ahead of fourth placed Richard
Warren and his Wizards and Wombats team who
are on 3759 points.
Completing the top five it's my lovely wife Lindsay
and her Pointless team on 3696 points.
All the top eight have used both their jokers.
Callum Lee is still at the bottom of the league with
CL Losers on 2180 points, but Callum is only 62
points behind Pete Lane's Aero team who have
2242 points and they have played a joker, looks like
it could be another wooden spoon for Pete .....
