to choose the latter and I am right
away an Assistant Supervisor.
4. I go through 3 training
session covering
critical aspects of
business building
The First Session is a
planning session
covering vision,
strategic and tactical
plans
The second is a
Product training
covering the Top-Ten
Products from the
company
5. The final training session covers the 20 Customer
Development Cycle. The Cycle covers Presenting
the Products, Handling Objections, Closing,
Follow Up to Obtain Repeat Purchase and
Testimonial and spotting potential distributors
Complete FET Customer Maintenance Agreement.
I am immediately handed 3-5 accounts to
maintain helping me establish an immediate cash
flow.
Within 30days, I am required to develop this to
20 accounts achieving in the process my first
month of 4cc
6. Out of my 20 accounts I work to establish 3
distributor accounts in the next 30 days which
should allow me to do achieve 7cc. 4cc Personal
and 3cc New Distributor cc at least.
In the next 30 days, I work with my 3 distributors
to help them attain their first month of 4cc each.
This allows me to achieve 16cc. If I am ready to
put in an extra 2cc then I become a Supervisor. It’s
90 days since I became and Assistant Supervisor.
In the next 60 days my (3) first line distributors go
through the cycle as I did and they also become
Supervisors and in the process I become an
Assistant Manager 150 days into the business.
7. The Cycle is repeated by
everyone and by the end
of 180days the momentous
occasion comes when I
become a manager as my
first line distributors get
ready to become Mangers.
