Curb appeal enhanced by ceramic tile inlaid into an expanded concrete
walk that leads directly from sidewalk to enlarged front porch. Craftsman
details added like color, columns, house numbers, garage door and sconces
Curb appeal enhanced by lush and drought tolerant mix of smaller palms
like Chamarops humilis, Beuacarnea, and tree ferns, underplanted with a
colorful mix of ginger, Canna lilies, succulents, bromeliads, crotons,
Fatsia, Monstera, and Echium, surrounding a rounded, raised lawn area
Large Trex deck level with the patio door the wraps around to the master bed-
room. Vines cover extended pergola provides shade for dining and outdoor
grilling. Level changes create relaxing lounge space below deck
Uplighted textural water feature provides an interesting and relaxing sound
and visual element when dining outdoors. The feature is surrounded by lush
plantings and planted with horsetail which is uplit at night

able upholstered seating is accented by colorful pillows and backed by tropi-
cal plants that lend an air of privacy to the space. Boulders also act as
seating creating a link between man made and natural elements
Larger planter boxes enclose a private seating area for morning coffee and
evening conversation. This private parent getaway is enclosed by a
Jacaranda tree, tree ferns, and clumping bamboo and fragrant ginger lilies
Convenient to the side entrance to the house is the outdoor shower. This
simple structure is surrounded by tropical plants that do well with addi-
tional moisture. Planting give the feeling of showering in the jungle
