To void or return a recent receipt, go to Voids & Returns where you can void the receipt if it is recent or issue a return receipt if it cannot be voided. Return receipts do not eliminate the original receipt but note it on reports and reduce the net amount collected. You can also record deposits by going to Fees->Deposits and clicking Add New, or record payments from other payors like donations by going to Fees->Misc Receipts, adding payor information, and recording payments to view in receipt reports.
