suppliers selling their wares in the
grounds of Shaftesbury Park

made to a 100­year­old secret family recipe, plus
mouth­watering free­range pork from rare breed pigs.
Elena’s homemade cakes is another crowd­pleaser,
selling delicious traditional English recipes, including a
range of gluten and dairy free cakes. Be warned,
Elena’s yummy Dobos Cake, made with chocolate,
butter and rum, will spell the end of that New Year diet.
If Jason Hemmings from Portland Seabass is late to
market you’ll have to forgive him, as he’s driven all the
way from Dorset with a catch so fresh it’s barely out of
the nets. This is a producer who takes his sourcing
seriously: there’s a certification tag on each seabass
sold. You can also buy pollack, mackerel and shellfish,
including crab and lobster.
Other popular Lavender Hill suppliers include Moreton
Mushrooms, Fiveways Fruit Farm and Kush Cuisine.
