At a high level, our Q3 2012 results were reported as follows:

Our top-line revenue trend is encouraging.

Adjusted EBITDA was solid and Capital Expenditures were well-managed.

Unlevered Free Cash Flow was strong, and we expect to exceed our full-year
guidance of $90 to $100 million.
We are focused on transforming the composition of our revenues, while managing
costs.
Operational improvements continue, with steady growth in our business and
broadband products and continuing improvement in voice access line loss.
