Canbay Airlines experienced a technological crisis when one of its Boeing 737-800 passenger planes crashed 150 miles from Frankfurt Airport, killing all 137 passengers and 6 crew members. Images of the crash were recorded and published online, receiving 500,000 views worldwide. Canbay Airlines established crisis desks in Izmir to communicate with relatives of victims and is investigating the accident while also preparing press conferences to inform the public and avoid rumors from spreading. The airline aims to recover by identifying the cause of the crash through the flight recorder, returning victims' remains to their home countries, and providing compensation to affected families.
