3. Safety in the workplace, at leisure, in commerce or in public
places is now more than ever the responsibility of the owners,
providers and managers of those facilities.
No matter what we as owners and managers do we must now
take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for the
users of our facilities.
Slips and trips still create very high statistics of injury
and if those issues are consistent in one facility then Work Safe
NZ and ACC will and are taking a very dim view if nothing has
been identified and then actioned by the provider to remove
the danger.
We have formed to provide a range of high quality and proven
