The document describes the steps taken to create a portal effect using After Effects. 1. Portal Effect-The solids and
producerWhat I had done first was I had created a dark solid for like a an effect I had
created two but then I deleted the second one and kept the first one and
started editing that one. What I had done next was add CC Particle Systems
2, from here I had altered the birth rate and that was put to 3 seconds then
for longevity I had also put 3 seconds so how long would it last. Then I had
created 4 dark gray solid’s and I had done the same thing to all of them.

2. Portal effects-Physics
What I had done now was I changed producer so how big would it be and he position it would be
in and this was created to reside in sync with the others. Then came the physics so the animation
was put on explosive cause that was how it would be portrayed and the velocity was put at 0.2
and I had to tamper a lot because either it was to fast or slow and I found this to be perfect. The
inherit velocity was put at -40. The gravity, resistance and the direction was all on zero because it
was the best option and the extra was at default which is 1. I have done this for all of the solids.

3. Portal effect-Particle
Now I have to alter particle type so for this put line and the birth size was put 0.15 and the death
size is 0.75 and the variation is 50.0%. The color of the birth was yellow and death was red but
the I changed it so it was all yellow and then I cropped it so it would only show the middle part so
when it is spinning. The transfer mode is composite. I had set this for all of the solids

4. This is the end result this is what it looks like after I have finished and then
its on a constant loop so we don’t see the birth of the portal but we do
see the end of it but only in the horror project. So what would happen is
that ill be on a continuous loop
