Construction Cost indicated by the Changes in requirements or general
market conditions.
i Assist the Owner in filing the required documents for obtaining building
permits or approval from government authorities having jurisdiction over the
Project.
t Following the Owner's acceptance of the Construction Documents and the
latest staiement of Probable Construction Cost, assist the Owner in obtaining
bids or negotiated proposals, and in awarding and preparing construction
contracts.
+ As the representative of the Owner, advise and continually consult the Owner
during the Gonstruction Phase.
, Visits to the site to familiarize himself / herself with the general progress and

responsibilities. It has long been associated with the planning and development of
neM towns and housing estates in Singapore, including the upgrading and
redevelopment of older estates to meet the needs of the population. As at 1998,
HDB has develop more than 20 new towns, which consisted of more than
760,000 residential properties, and about 32,0A0 commercial and industrial
properties, Being the public housing authority with the mission of providing
affordable housing of high quality, its basic strategy for success is teamwork.
Mohammad Zakir Flussain, as member of this team, has diligently been
performing his duties with high professional standards.
Throughout his service in HDB, Mohamm ad ZaEv Hussain has shown to be a
responsible and well-disciplined offices. He has played an integral part in the

Mohammad Zakir Flussain, as member of this team, has diligently been performing his duties with high professional standards.
