The final day of the four day package pulls together the learning from the introductory days and
will help delegates to begin to think about implementing coaching approaches and programmes
in their own organisation. You will learn from real life research case studies illustrating how
schools and other organisations have implemented a range of models and learn about change
from organisational behaviour perspective.
6. Aspirant Heads Course
This programme is funded by the NCSL and is specifically for those wanting to pursue headship
in a church school.

Part of the course will involve a paired visit to a church school as part of a small school research
project. There are grants of £500 available to schools prepared to support this. If you are
interested in being one of our partner schools for this please contact Tatiana Wilson

Most courses are being run at the Old Deanery in order to keep costs to a minimum and so that
we can subsidise the Annual Diocesan Conference each year and make it as affordable as

4. CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, and if no other delegate can be sent as a

The Hi-Impact Coaching development package consists of four high-quality training days.
Schools and organisations can purchase these days as stand-alone training beginning with Day 1
(as the entry-level training course):
Principles and practice (Day 1)
Going deeper with one-to-one coaching (Day 2)
Coaching as a leadership style (Day 3)
Coaching for organisational change (Day 4)
Delegates who have attended all four days are also able to proceed to the final accreditation
phases of the programme:
Certificate of professional practice in coaching and mentoring
