Business Description: Bringing the excitement of online
gaming into the comfort of your home via live streaming video
and sound of dealers and players.
Company Background: The current state of online gaming
uses computer simulations to shuffle and deal cards. There is
no interaction between players and dealers. This system will
use a real dealer, visible to all players to shuffle and deal real
cards. Players and dealers can interact like never before.
Problem/Solution: Players consistently complain of ‘Bad
Beats’, great hands that are beaten by an even greater hand
on the last card dealt. Plus there is no interactivity but simply
text messaging faceless avatars. This equates to unrealistic
gameplay.
Products/Services: With the patent-pending Rapi-Deal®
table system, dealers can easily deal cards in real-time, while
players interact through streaming video.
Dealers can reside anywhere in the world and get a percentage
of the rake for their services.
Markets: Our target market is currently two-fold: players and dealers. Players have the advantage of
playing online poker with a live dealer, and dealers can supplement their income with the Rapi-Deal® table
system. Live Video Dealers is also looking into partnering with various casinos for players to cash out
their chips.
Competition: There are currently several established online poker sites including PokerStars, Full-Tilt
Poker and Absolute Poker. However these sites are generally illegal for US players. By partnering with
casinos as well as an online product mall, Live Video Dealers is completely legal in all 50 states.
Business Model and Customers: Our core product is the Rapi-Deal® table, which retails for $749.99.
We also have a unique service-based matrix marketing strategy where a dealer can sign other dealers
and will receive a 20% table commission as well as up to 70% of table rakes in their network. There are
four levels of earnings: 1st level is 45%, 2nd level is 13%, 3rd level is 7% and 4th level is 5%.
Partnering casinos will make the full 70% of the rake for their table, but are responsible for hiring their own
dealers. Custom table branding and direct marketing for players playing on a casino hosted table are
available for an extra charge.
Financial Projections: We are expecting to start crowd-funding campaigns to sell the Rapi-Deal® tables.
Here are the projections for the first 6 months of operation:
