The Faculty of Architecture and Planning at the University of Chile supports exchange programs with over 15 foreign universities for study during the first or second semester each year. Students must contact their home university's international coordinator and apply with required documents like a application form, letter of motivation, grades report and photo by September 30 for the first semester or May 30 for the second semester. As an exchange student, they will have access to libraries, computers, student ID cards and health services but lectures are in Spanish and additional Spanish courses require payment. Placement in courses is competitive based on prior grades.
