This document introduces the UK delegation for Entrepreneur Week Greece being held from February 23rd-25th, 2012 in Athens. It provides details on 5 young UK entrepreneurs who will be attending, including their names, the companies they founded and awards they have won. It also introduces Alex Mitchell, the chairman of the UK delegation, who holds several leadership roles related to entrepreneurship in the UK and Europe.

Alex is Co‐founder and Chairman of Young Brits (providing
a global voice for young UK entrepreneurs), Founding
Member and UK President of the G20 Young
Entrepreneurs Alliance (a global network of young
entrepreneurs and the organisations that support
them), Vice President of the European Confederation of
Young Entrepreneurs (the major association of young
entrepreneurs throughout Europe) and Head of Influencer
Relations at the Institute of Directors (Europe's largest
porfessional body for directors). In addition to these roles
Alex is an Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship
Week (the world’s largest celebration of entrepreneurship), he is a member of the
steering committee for the Commonwealth Secretariats Youth
Programme (engaging and empowering young people from 54 countries to enhance
their contribution to development) and he is a member of the Chairman’s
Committee for Young Enterprise (the UK largest business and enterprise education
charity).
