With over 10 years in the event industry, we have been creating and installing the major layout of some of
the greatest events in Trinidad and Tobago. As one of the most Premier Event Rental and Decorating
Company, we continue to pride ourselves in creating the visions of our client and designing beyond our
client’s expectation and within their budget. With a team of over 100 staff members, huge events have
been done in a short space of time with little hassle. Our company have executed and completed a
minimum of 20-40 medium to large events in one day within a 24 hour period during peak season
November to March. All the staff are train in their respective areas and field, as we have several
department in our company. Being trained in the United States our owners are always exposed to new
trends and the latest products in the event rental industry, this is an advantage for the client as they strive
on creating each event differently.
As for the installation team they have been trained to erect from the small tents to the large structures, the
decorating staff, layout staff, and florist, are all trained in their fields respectively. Our wood work team,
welding department, an also our in house tailor, sewing shop, and upholstery department work along with
our table scape designers and venue layout team to make each job a success. The installation team for
the structures are separate to the fabric designers and the venue layout team is completely different in
this way we can all go in and complete the event together without any problems.
Our company does not sub-contract products from other suppliers, this creates an advantage for the
execution of jobs as we are in complete control of the quality of our products and the delivery and
condition of each item so whereby elements of poor quality products does not become a challenge as well
as late arrival of products to get the job done. We carry our own lighting systems, generator, plants, and
centerpieces as well. The purchasing team always look for items that are not too complex to install. We
also have on board a huge inventory of linens, charger plates, etc.
Randy Glasgow Productions Limited (RGP) is the premier concert / entertainment event producers in
Trinidad and Tobago. The company has over the past 13 years delivered on average, 35 memorable first
class shows per year throughout Trinidad and Tobago and other territories, the majority of them featuring
the most sought after artistes from the twin-island republic and other islands across the region.
Events Land has been affiliated with the above mentioned company as one of the preferred suppliers for

  • 17. With over 10 years in the event industry, we have been creating and installing the major layout of some of the greatest events in Trinidad and Tobago. As one of the most Premier Event Rental and Decorating Company, we continue to pride ourselves in creating the visions of our client and designing beyond our client’s expectation and within their budget. With a team of over 100 staff members, huge events have been done in a short space of time with little hassle. Our company have executed and completed a minimum of 20-40 medium to large events in one day within a 24 hour period during peak season November to March. All the staff are train in their respective areas and field, as we have several department in our company. Being trained in the United States our owners are always exposed to new trends and the latest products in the event rental industry, this is an advantage for the client as they strive on creating each event differently. As for the installation team they have been trained to erect from the small tents to the large structures, the decorating staff, layout staff, and florist, are all trained in their fields respectively. Our wood work team, welding department, an also our in house tailor, sewing shop, and upholstery department work along with our table scape designers and venue layout team to make each job a success. The installation team for the structures are separate to the fabric designers and the venue layout team is completely different in this way we can all go in and complete the event together without any problems. Our company does not sub-contract products from other suppliers, this creates an advantage for the execution of jobs as we are in complete control of the quality of our products and the delivery and condition of each item so whereby elements of poor quality products does not become a challenge as well as late arrival of products to get the job done. We carry our own lighting systems, generator, plants, and centerpieces as well. The purchasing team always look for items that are not too complex to install. We also have on board a huge inventory of linens, charger plates, etc.
