The event layout includes welcoming attendees with hugs. Participants will discuss and assess their personality through a test and affirmations. They will have conversations where they ask questions of each other and are introduced to something new. Attendees will participate in two mind games and create a 'feel good' scent. The event concludes with a poem reading and a take home message or call to action.
