2. To get the results for my audience
feedback in relation to the print advert, I
handed out 10 questionnaires to
members of my target audience and
showed them the print advert. After I had
done this I analysed the results and put
the data into graphs. The following slides
shows the audience feedback results
3. Question 1: The editing of the print
advert, on a scale of 1 to 5.
6
From the feedback I got on the
question, only half of the
5
target audience thought that
the editing of the print advert
Number of people
4
was very good. This could just
3
be a result of peoples
preferences, and the majority
2
of people that I asked were
media students so could be
1 used to print adverts of a
higher quality.
0 When getting the video
1 2 3 4 5 responses for the print
Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being very good, 5 being poor
advert, some members of the
target audience commented
on the main image being so
edited that it didnt look real
and the main image of the girl
being fuzzy.
4. Question 2: The informative nature of
the print advert, on a scale of 1 to 5
This graph shows that 6/10 5
Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being very good, 5 being poor
members of our target
audience thought that the
4
informative nature of the
print advert was very
good, and the ones that didn’t 3
say that it was very good said
that the title of the 2
documentary could have been
bigger and stand out more. If I 1
were to do this task again, I
would take these ideas into 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
account and act upon Number of people
them, to make the title bigger
and the scheduling
information clearer.
5. Question 3: Was the print advert eye
catching? On a scale of 1 to 5
5 From this graph you can
Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being very good, 5 being poor
tell that all of our target
4 audience were impressed
with the eye catching
3 nature of the print
advert, the way the advert
2 was designed was to be
eye catching and intriguing
1 with the tea bags as
shopping bags. I was happy
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 with the results of this
Number of people question and the way that
the target audience
received it. From this result
I can learn that we did fulfil
the brief of being eye
catching and enticing to
the target audience.
6. Question 4:The professionalism of the
print advert, on a scale of 1 to 5
7
6 This graph shows that over half of
the target audience thought that the
5
professionalism of the print advert
Number of people
4 was very good, and everyone who
3 was asked in the target audience
2
thought it was average or more.
From this I have learnt that our print
1
advert looked professionalism, which
0 may have been a result of us using
1 2 3 4 5
Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being very good, 5 being poor
the codes and conventions of print
adverts in the creation and editing of
this task.
7. Question 5: Does it inspire you to
watch it?
Red: No
Blue: Yes This pie chart shows that the
majority of the target audience
would choose to view the
documentary after seeing the print
advert. This shows that the print
advert pleased the target audience
enough to watch it , and it fulfilled
its brief which was to entice the
audience in, as the print advert
doesn't give a lot away about the
topic or about the documentary as
a whole.
