EUCALYPTUS
OIL – CHINA

At the end of 2017, prices of Eucalyptus Oil
fluctuated a lot. Right now, there is very less
availability in market, Due to pollution issues,
many factories have been shut down by Chinese
Government. Production is also on decline.
Usually December is start of production which
is late, so new material in China will be
available by January. Currently, very less
Chinese companies are offering any material
evenforhigherprices.
It does not look that situation will normalize
soon. In near future.
ORANGE OIL
Brazil/USA

After a hectic 2016, some relief was expected
from 2017 crop. However, damages from
Hurricane Irma shattered hope for big relief.
2018 and onward crop is reported less, so the
prices of Orange will remain on tighter side.
However Right now, prices seem stable for
Natural 1.2 Aldehyde material.
The main citrus areas in Florida may well be
around 6,500 km away but the impact of
Hurricane Irma's destruction didn't do the
Brazilian‘recovery’anyfavors.

LAVENDER
OIL-BULGARIA

After very low prices in 2016, which caused
lower production, prices for Pure & Natural
Lavender were record higher in 2017. Revival
of demand from aromatherapy market was
also one of the factor. Rightnow,pricesare
stable. Approximately prices of Lavender pure
natural are ranging around INR12,000-
14000/Kg.
TEA TREE OIL
AUSTRALIA

Prices of Tea Tree Oil are also higher due to
lesser production and lesser carryover.
However regular supplies are available. Poor
carryover once again may push 2018 prices
much higher, so coverage is recommended.
This is an oil, which is widely adulterated. So
please have an expert analysis/quality control,
before relying on cheaper quotations.

PATCHOULI OIL
INDONESIA

Patchouli is an oil, well known for its
fluctuations. However right now, prices are
running stable with no major changes.
LEMONGRASS
OIL – INDIA

Prices for pure lemongrass have increased
mainly due to price hike in synthetic Citral.
Citral is main constituents for Lemongrass Oil,
and this oil is oftenly blended with synthetic
Citral. Now due to higher prices of synthetic
Citral, prices for Lemongrass oil are tight.

BRAZIL

We offer 100% Pure & Natural Lime Oil from
Brazil, Mexico & Peru. Last year there was
around 20% less fresh fruits production which
cause prices high. As of now price arestablein
Market. We will see again hectic year for Citrus Oils.
LEMON OIL
ITALY & USA

We are offering 100% pure & Natural Lemon Oil &
Natural Lemon Terpene. Price of Lemon will be
remaining on higher side in 2018. Fruit production
was less in last year and there is no carry over from
last year.
Norex just participated in Fragrant Gujarat 2018(GAMDA) in Ahmedabad.
