Now people may tell themselves that they know they should wear a seatbelt, but is it really
worth it? The answer is yes, it is worth it. Your life is worth it, and putting yourself at risk makes
you a careless person. In 2012, 7,500 teens and young adults between the ages of 16 24 were killed
in a car crash. 60% were not wearing a seatbelt out of 34,080. Every 16 minutes, someone dies in an
accident and about 89 people lose their lives each day. Wearing a seatbelt slows your body down
and decreases how far your body goes before it stops and wearing a seatbelt prevents you from
flying out of the car and decreases the chance of damaging your body. People think that since
they are only going a short distance, they don t need a seatbelt because it s not like they re going

Software Defined Networking or SDN is an emerging paradigm in the computer networking world
that attempts to build a computer network by essentially separating it into two systems, the control
plane and the data plane. The separation effectively makes it possible to write a single high level
program to control the behavior of an entire network. This allows a network operator to potentially
write programs to more easily secure, manage or troubleshoot the networks. SDN has gained

These traffic patterns would cause very high demands for a particular resources that they could not
meet with the existing network infrastructure. So they had two choices, either scale the network
infrastructure to meet the peaks, which is very expensive and leading to networks being under
utilized, or you build your network in such a way that it can reconfigure itself automatically to cope
with those peaks and channel the resources to meet the appropriate demand. This is what SDN does.
There are only a few significant implementations of Software Defined Networking that exists today.
One of those few is Google s B4 SDN. This research further describes the framework that Google
has developed for their migration methods personified by a group of target networks which includes
the traditional network migration requirements, target network core requirement, phased migration
requirement and finally validation requirements to ensure a complete and successful network
migration to SDN.

The first system is the control plane which provides performance and fault management via

If the pipe has silting or ragging issues, then a Laser Flow Meter should be used instead of the
Area Velocity meter. The Laser Flow meter is a non contact Doppler meter that provides all of
the same information as the area velocity meter without having a sensor in the water. The benefit
of this would be if the pipe has ragging issues or there is a lot of silting/debris that could
potentially get stuck on the probe and cause the probe to not read the way it should be. This is a
much more expensive option it would provide data without the worry of silt/debris or ragging of

Having hope and courage is hard in a town like Desperation. A mining town controlled by an evil
spirit, Tak, that inhabits citizens, and it forces them to do unspeakable things. It first possesses a
cop, Collie Entragian, who kidnaps people and murders them. However, the Collie Entragian
survival crew has bravery at all times. In the book Desperationby Stephen King, King s message is
courage is a powerful tool. The main characters experience unimaginable torture and many

Branden Jacobs Jenkins An Octoroon and David Henry Hwang s M. Butterfly are both
sophisticated works centered around sociocultural problems in their respective settings. In An
Octoroon, Branden Jacobs Jenkins presents his own adaptation of Dion Boucicault s The Octoroon
critiquing Boucicault s depiction of race and identity on the plantation Terrebonne in Louisiana.
The play is centered around the sale of the plantation and a girl who is one eighth black by descent,
an octoroon girl named Zoe who is tied to the estate. While M. Butterfly is the story of Gallimard, a
French diplomat who is sent to Beijing and slowly becomes enamored with an opera singer named
Song Liling, who turns out to be a man. This analysis however, will focus on the Brechtian
elements that Hwang and Jacobs Jenkins implement to evoke a certain response from their
audience. These elements include gests or Gestus in Latin, and historicization to present an
alienation effect in the audience that Brecht coined Verfremdungseffekt . These elements contribute
to the presentation of an Epic Theatre, an undramatic way in which the audience watches the play
in a isolated, critical frame of mind. Before showing the elements of the play, a critical
understanding of what makes an epic theatrejust that is needed. Firstly, the events of the play
should be spaced out over lengthy periods of time and using all different kinds of settings. This
