Executive Summary
Opportunity
Problem
EsportGoodies. With the growing popularity in Esports arena, viewership in 2014 for
one specific competitive game League of Legends top 27 million in viewership; which is
the second highest behind NFL super bowl. With this growing segment, demand for
Esport goods to support their favorite team is growing, and so far there is no specific
company that is satisfying this growing group of people.
Solution
Esportgoodies. Esportgoodies will offer various competitive gears which involve
jersey, game merchandises, fan-based items, memorabilia, and jersey apparels. We will
offer many choices to fans where they can choose which one they want own.
Market
EsportGoodies. With the League of Legends, DOTA2, Overwatch, Hearthstone, CS
(CounterStrike) Global Offensive, Starcraft II, Call of Duty, and Halo. The growth of
potential eSport segments is only going up from here, there is a healthy demand for
eSport merchandises in the future.
Competition
Esportgoodies. Currently, many stores do not offer many choices from multiple
platform of games to fans. Many of the eSport stores are just focus on making money
for their professional team instead of listening to what their consumer wants. Often,
people associate more with the game characters rather than the team name.

Why Us?
Esportgoodies. The founder of this company realized that there were limited options
when he was looking for a place to purchase eSport merchandises. Wanting to fill this
need, the founder decided to start this company. Although making money is important
for the business, the founder is focused more on investing everything back to the
business to grow it. The founder is going for Amazon model which grows bigger every
year while making minimal or none profits.
Expectations
Forecast
Esportgoodies. We are projecting sales of at least $500 a month to get our business
started. With all the profits and revenues reinvested back into the business, we want to
at least double the sales in year two, and again in year 3, and so on and so forth.
Merchandises purchasing cost and events application costs will be closely monitored
for year 1 as that will be our major operating cost for our first year of business.
Merchadises turnover time and rate will be our main metric as to how fast are we
turning over our sales.

Financial Highlights by Year
Financing Needed
Esportgoodies. We are financing our business ourselves with $5,000 in investment from
our founder Yee Lim. The initial $5,000 investment will be used to purchase
merchandises and events application fees that will allow us to sell our merchandises.
Any additional investment will be used to expand our selection of merchandises and
going to more events location.

Opportunity
Problem & Solution
Problem Worth Solving
Esportgoodies. Esports is a fast growing segment in this country. Like any other
professional sports, when you have your favorite team, you will want to be a part of the
team that represents you. When you want to be a part of the team, you will want to
own a piece of memorabilia of the team.
Currently, there are limited number of stores that are offering various choices and good
quality eSport merchandise. Many of our competitors carry mostly professional team
merchandise such as the team jersey, and few team merchandises such as water bottle
and mousepad.
Our Solution
Esportgoodies. Esportgoodies aim to not only become the premier place for eSport fans
to purchase their favorite team merchandise, but a place where the fans can also own
their favorite game characters merchandise that their favorite team played. As we
grow, we aim to continually expand our collection of game merchandises for our fans to
choose.
Target Market
Esportgoodies. We expect our strongest market segments to be millennials, Generation
Z, and people who like to spend their leisure time playing games. We hope to target
the huge audience and viewers that are catching on to eSports fever that wishes to own
a piece of their favorite team or game characters.
According to CNN, the eSports industry has been experiencing double-digit growth for
several years and according to tho the research group Newzoo, it boasts a global

community of 148 million enthusiasts. With UCI starting to offer scholarships for
eSport program in Fall 2016, eSport legitimacy is only going to grow from here on.

Competition
Current Alternatives
Esportgoodies. In this Esports industry, few competitors come to mind. The first one is
the game company Blizzard, which carries their own game merchandise that they are
selling on their website. Our second competitor will be Ebay, where many people can
just sell anything they want on the site for fast and cheap price. Our third competitor
will be similar to Ebay, which is Amazon, where it command millions of loyal prime
members. Our fourth competitor will be Esportstore.com which is based in the UK, and
Esportsgear.us which is based in the United States. There are many other now growing
businesses that are trying to capitalize on this trend but we aim to become the premier
place for eSports enthusiasts.
Our Advantages
Esportgoodies. Our business model will not just be any plain old eSport selling
merchandise store. Our motto is "Feel the glory!". Our aim is to provide each eSports
enthusiast many choices to choose from be it if they want to cheer based on their
favorite professional team, or their favorite game characters.
Although Blizzard company owns their trademark to their characters, they are many
other competitive games such as League of Legends, DOTA, Hearthstone, Super Smash
Brother, and HALO for Microsoft X-Box. We will carry various merchandises from

Execution
Marketing & Sales
Marketing Plan
Esportgoodies. With our new business starting, getting the word out to the public to
inform them that we exist will be challenging. Initially, our market methods will
include but not limited to: Attending local Esports event, social media market, and
postcard.
We are planning to send one of the co-founders to volunteer at a local Esport arena in
Santa Ana to gain access to the business founder to potentially strike up a deal to
supply Esport arena merchandises to be sold at the event. With UCI offering the first
eSport scholarship, and building an eSport arena at their campus, applying for a booth
at their campus will be another avenue of sales for us.
Google adsense, Facebook ad keywords, will be utilized as the company grow with
more budget to purchase the additional online social media marketing tools.
Sales Plan
Esportgoodies. Our online store will be linked to Wix online store function which will
enable us to conduct online sales. Our local events booth will be equipped with iPad
running the familiar Square Register point-of-sale app. We will accept all payments by
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Operations
Locations & Facilities
Esportgoodies. Because this is a new business, the location of our business will be
located in one of our business partner's house in Yucaipa, California. Because our
primary business revenue will be mainly thru local gaming esport events and online

marketplaces in Southern California, renting an office space will be initially
unnecessary. However, as the business expand, renting an office space will be part of
the business expansion plan.
We hope that in the future as our business continue to grow, we are going to have a
central headquarter store where we will store and ship our goods to customers. This
central location will also provide personal Esport experience, customize by us as a
token of appreciation for being a loyal and fanatic customer.
We seek to minimize our retail footprint in the physical world to save cost, and reinvest
every saving we can to continually expanding our business.
Technology
Esportgoodies. We plan to use iPads, or other type of tablets to retrofit with our point-
of-sales system, Square app, to generate physical and online sales for our online
company store, and local event sales.
We will also enable our new customers to sign up for our email newsletter using the
MailChimp Subscribe app. Eventually, as our business grows, we can utilize Gusto
online services to manage our payroll, QuickBooks Online for our bookkeeping, and the
usual social media sites such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and etc...to connect with
our customers and solicit feedback.
Equipment & Tools
Esportgoodies. For now, we have an unused tent booth that is sitting in our partner
garage, and we aim to use that to set up the booth at eSports event. We also have a
truck or van that will have the capacity to transport all our electronic sales equipment,
tables, tent, and merchandises.

Key Metrics
EsportGoodies. Our focus right now is on the most basic metrics: daily revenue,
website cost, payroll (eventually), events cost, and profit margins. Event costs will be
our biggest revenue eater so watching our cost will be a high priority in getting this
new business up and running.
Supplies
Esportgoodies. As of right now, we are starting our initial sales by purchasing 100
keychains from China manufacturer thru Aliexpress. Our goal is to expand into new
merchandise each month to items such as wallet, apparels, and action figure.
Our goal, eventually, is to gain licensing deals with all the major Esport game makers
such as Blizzard, riot games, or Microsoft that will allow us to manufacture unique
Esport merchandise goods that we can continue to supply to the customer.

Company
Overview
Esportgoodies. Esportgoodies will initially start out with sole-proprietorship. As
revenue increases, the business will transform into a limited liability corporation (LLC).
Once the business is big a established, the founder is looking into an s-corp type
registration. Thus far, all business fundings are done by the founder and no investor is
involved. That might change as the business grows and take off.
Team
Management Team
EsportGoodies. Our business is a collaboration between two good friends: Yee S Lim
and Josh Jaffery. We haven’t bothered with job titles, but Yee will mostly handle the
logistic and planning of the business while Josh will handle the face-to-face meeting and
events planning for our business sales.
Josh is a rising star in the California Department of Transportation. Josh has many
years of working as a biologist where he has to meet with many different contractors
and people to discuss their project. This networking skill can easily be translated into
the business where his networking skill is valuable in establishing new business contact.
Jeff Ho will be our part-time online sales person as he have many years of experiencing
selling stuff on sites such as Ebay and Amazon. Knowing the online shipping
consideration will greatly aid us in our online store sales.
Advisors
Esportgoodies. The Esport business can be tough to figure out, especially in the early
days when the Esport is ever evolving in the market. Currently, we do not have any

expert advisor in this business and Yee is working hard to study and continually
seeking for an expert to help us out.
Eventually, we will have an accountant (CPA) who is based in Reno, Nevada. He has
been good friends to us for many years, and as the business grows and stabilized, he
will be brought in for his accounting specialties.

Financial Plan
Forecast
Key Assumptions
Esportgoodies. We expect to sell on averages 20 to 30 merchandises on each event for
year 1, and then increases to 50 to 100 merchandises per event on year two. Assuming
that we attend 4 events in a month, we will be able to sell 80-120 merchandises in a
month. Currently, with the keychain stocks that we have, we can turn it around and
sell for $3.21 profit each. That will give us a profit of $257 just from the keychain
merchandise alone.
We plan to increase our diversification of merchandise from keychains to mousepad,
memorabilia, Jerseys, and others. That should help bring us a steady revenue of at least
$500 a month. We have no advertising budget yet but all of the profits and revenue will
be reinvested into the business by purchasing more merchandises, and reselling them.

Financing
Use of Funds
$530 for trademark application, $25 a month for website hosting and design, $65 a night
for Redlands market night, $240 a year for business licence, $13 a month for
Esportsareana membership (we hope this will be waived as we gain partner status), We
have budgeted $1000 to begin with to purchase merchandise from China to allow us to
resale over here. Any revenues or gains will be wholly reinvested into the business for
the first two years .
Sources of Funds
Esportgoodies. Because we are a new business, and risks involved, banks will not be
our avenue of funding. Instead, a personal cash infusion of $5,000 will be used to
jumpstart the business. Initially, we will not collect any salary from the business as our
plan is to continually reinvest all proceeds back into the business to continually expand
it.
Eventually, once we reach a healthy steady of revenue, additional cash revenue will be
reinvest into the Equity market to raise additional working capital for us on top of our
general sales revenue. Please request our trading plan for additional information on
how we'll seek additional funding source.
