This document is a self-assessment sheet for a pronunciation course at Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira. It lists common pronunciation mistakes over an 11 week period and allows students to track their progress in correcting these mistakes each week. The sheet tracks mistakes such as substituting similar sounds like /ʃ/ for /tʃ/ or /θ/ for /s/ as well as mistakes in stress, intonation and other areas of pronunciation.
