notable at Credit Suisse Bank, Main Branch, Zurich, Switzerland; and/or ational

pins are the same at all banks, these accounts are off balance sheet and/or off ledger,

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Ernest Walker Bey and/or assigns
shall act as our official Advisory Accounts Manager; on behalf of FIVE STAR TRUST
and MARIO HOR , JR., and shall be given FULL AUTHORITY to act in anyway

the full authority to negotiate with the President of the United States and
electronically transfer Five Star Trust funds/ accounts to the United States
Government, Internal Revenue Service, United States Treasury, and or, any other
United States governmental agency he deems appropriate in order to stimulate The
United States economy.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Mr. Ernest Walker Bey and/or his
designated associates, shall have full power and authority to obtain a printout of the
bank accounts on behalf of FIVE STAR TRUST that is investigated and upon
successfully obtaining a printout that the funds are available and clean, clear funds of
non-criminal origin.

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Five Star Trust shall indemnify Mr. Ernest
Walker Bey and agrees that Mr. Ernest Walker Bey nor any of its associates, attorneys,
employees or agents cannot be and shall not be, under any circumstances, held liable or
responsible for any and all illegal misrepresentation regarding the validity of Five Star
Trust's worldwide accounts including off balance sheets/ off-ledger accounts (Assets); and
that such assets/ accounts was lawfully obtained by Five Star Trust and is free and clear from
any and all encumbrance and criminal activity. Mr. Bey agrees not to release any information
herein to anyone without the written approval of Mr. Marion Horn Jr. Executive Trustee of
FIVE STAR TRUST.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, That All previous power of attorneys and

authorizations given prior to this date of 12 July, 2010, Limited Power of Attorney to Ernest
Bey to recovery Five Star Trust assets worldwide are ULL and VOID and no longer in
