To develop technical caricature skills and improve drawing abilities, the student proposed a project to create politically-themed caricature illustrations for a magazine. The objectives were to gain understanding of caricature's history and techniques through creating portraits that exaggerated features while maintaining likeness. The process involved researching topics, initial sketches, ink drawings, and using software to stretch, squash and finalize the caricatures for presentation.
