1. EP-600 Mixing and Use Instructions
Mixing
1. Obtain a 10g or 5g A-Pack of EP-600 conductive silver epoxy. (Check to insure the
date has not expired.)
2. Remove the A-Pack from the protective silver outer bag. (DO NOT mix the two parts
together at this time.)
3. Place the unmixed A-Pack in hot tap water for 30-60 seconds. (DO NOT place the
epoxy in an oven or microwave.)
4. After the pack has been warmed, kneed both sides individually. Only a few seconds
in needed. This will insure that any crystallization has been broken down. (DO NOT
mix the A and B side at this time.)
5. Place the pack on a cool work surface and let stand until the material is back to room
temperature. This will take less than 1 minute. Mixing the two sides is not advised
before cooling as it will severely reduce the working life of the epoxy. (DO NOT
place the pack in a freezer or other cold environment that is below room temperature.)
6. When at room temperature mix the two sides together. Accomplish this by removing
the separator and pulling the silver side into the yellow/brown catalyst. There is more
room for error doing this than pulling the catalyst over.
7. Mix the material for at least 1 minute

(This is given as only an aid and may not work in every application. The parameters
given below are for Nicomatic LEDs and may not work for other manufacturers
LEDs
1. Placing Nicomatic Supper Thin LEDs - Use a 5cc E.F.D. syringe equipped with a
blue tip.
2. Placing Nicomatic Ultra-Thin LEDs - Use a 5cc E.F.D. syring equipped with an
orange tip.
3. Placing Nicomatic Ultra-Thin Bi-Color LEDs - Use a 5cc E.F.D. syringe
