This document describes a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring solution for multi-location pharmaceutical warehouses in the cold chain. The solution uses data loggers and sensors to monitor conditions in warehouses and alert users via SMS and email if temperature or humidity levels deviate from set limits. It provides reports on temperature integration and other metrics to ensure good distribution practices and data integrity across warehouse networks.

1. Real Time Temperature & Humidity Monitoring Solution for
Multi-location Pharma Warehouses in the Cold Chain
enviroSCAN, the Multi Channel Scanners & Data Loggers and the Web based Enviro
multilocation Warehouses Monitoring Software, together monitor the temperature and RH
under which your vital medicines and vaccines are stored in the network of your warehouses
in the Cold Chain and thus assist you in your Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• If either the temperature or the RH starts deviating from the range or limits set by you in any warehouse
or chamber, you will get the news by way of a SMS Alert and an email for you to take action.
• Enviro multi-location warehouses monitoring software & mobile app helps monitoring on Real Time
basis from any central location.
• Equipment name tagging feature enables you to identify the exact area/location in any of the
warehouses in your network. The data can be send through GPRS even if ethernet is unavailable.
• Ultra Sub Zero to low Temperature and 0% to 100% RH monitoring assuring high data integrity
• Provides various rich MIS reports and graphs, in US FDA 21 CFR compliant format, such as the Mean
Kinetic Temperature (MKT) and Time Temperature Integration (TTI) in PDF.
